Shipping and Returns

Carpet Unique ships from Germany. Every carpet is packed individually, and the checkout shows the shipping cost before you place the order.

Shipping prices

Germany is currently free. For other countries, shipping is calculated from the destination and the carpet weight. If a carpet needs special packing or the destination is difficult to reach, we may contact you before dispatch.

Carriers

After payment, we choose the carrier that best fits the destination, weight, and packaging. This may be DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable service where needed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the tracking number or link after dispatch so you can follow the shipment.

Returns

Before sending a carpet back, please contact us. We will confirm the return address, packing instructions, and the next steps for your order.
